So You Think You CAN'T Dance?!?

How many times have we heard someone say, "I can't dance." or "I can't sing."? Perhaps you are reading this article because YOU (perish the thought!) have uttered those very words about yourself. Shame shame shame. Just because you may not be able to do either of those things well enough to feel comfortable performing on a stage, doesn't mean you CAN'T do them, at all!

 Some Reasons to Dance:
  • It is a gift and a blessing from God
  • Frequent and regular dancing increases flexibility, stamina, endurance, coordination, agility and muscle tone.
  • Dancing boosts self confidence

You tell them! I love to dance, whether I'm good at it or not. It helps with my depression to just get up and move. And what a blessing it is to be able to move my body.
